I use PhotoSwipe plugin on my site. Is that compatible with WP Media Folder and how to avoid conflicts with gallery and lightbox plugins?

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.
Yes, PhotoSwipe is compatible with WP Media Folder; however, you have to disable Gallery feature and Lightbox in Media Folder settings.
