I have been using WP Media folder for a few months now.
My site is on Cloudways - Digital Ocean and I am using their integration with Cloudflare. Currently all media is stored on the webserver.
I want to know
1. Can I use the cloud addon to store media files on DigitalOcean Spaces or Amazon S3 along with Cloudflare
2. Will offloading media increase performance as I am already using Cloudflare.

Yes, you can use Cloudflare with DigitalOcean or Amazon S3, and it will help you save your server space.
The performance, which comes from many factors, does not change much from my experience.
