Cannot select image from folders

Hi, we have WP Media Folder, thank you.
When I am trying to add media from the folders, I cannot select any folder other than 'Media Library' at the top of the tree. The others just won't open.
We are using Visual composer/WP Bakery.

Please can you help?

I have attached a screenshot although it doesnt show much. Hopefully you know what I mean.

It could be the issues from the old version.
If you still encounter after updating the latest one, please drop us a ticket (menu Support > Ticket support). Our developer in charge will help you.

Hello

This hasn't worked. My account is not set up to raise a ticket for WP Media Folder. It will be under our company (mumplus) but I am the user.
Please advise how to solve my query urgently.
