I wanna create a path in cpanel to google drive so that I don't have to reestablish every image/video link individually after reestablishing ny old site. Can WP Media Folder do this? Thank you!

Sorry, that feature is impossible with our plugin. You should try Amazon S3 to fit your requirement.
