Can I use the gallery functions on standard WP galleries

I already have a lot of standard Wordpress galleries. Can I use the gallery functions in WP Media Folder on standard WordPress galleries?

Sorry I did not get an answer because I maybe did not ask correctly.

- I have already many galleries in my posts. I just used the standard WordPress "add gallery" and I now use the JETPACK plugin to create tiled mosaic and a lightbox view.

So can I replace JETPACK plugin with your WP Media Folder and everything will work?

As I see, it does not relate to Gallery. Could you capture your screen using Jetpack to create title and lightbox?
