Beaver Builder compatibility? View medias by filenames?

Yes, indeed.

2. Is it possible to view medias by filenames instead of thumbnails?

Yes, with WP Media default , you can view media files as: "List" and "Grid" (Thumbnails). WP Media Folder is based on that.
