Automate new folder for every new user uploading files

Dear friends
I'm looking for a media library organizer plugin. The most important feature for me is that it allows to automate the creation of a folder (named as the user_id) for every first document uploaded by a user. And after that, make it automatic that all uploads made by that user go to that folder. It's important to notice that the users don't have access to media library organization.
