1. Does the plug-in allow you to create unique links for each file? For example, if I sent out an email to specific files, could folks be directed to that file / folder via a URL?

The url of files are unique, generated automatically and a download link.
The file will be downloaded automatically when users click on the url.

2. Are there certain permission settings in your OneDrive or Google Drive required in order to integrate?

You should have Client ID and Client Secret to connect to cloud servers. For more information:

3. For content directly uploaded onto the platform, are their content uploading limits?

You can upload files to our plugin only. The content is not supported yet.

4. Can videos be uploaded using the plug-in? Are there any file limitations?

Yes, you can add more file types in the plugin settings. For more information:

5. Can you upload multiple files at once? Can you delete multiple files at once?

Yes, you can drag'n drop multi-files from your pc to the dashboard. And you can delete more than one file at a time.

6. Can you recover deleted files uploaded directly into plug-in?

Once you delete files, it's not possible to recover but there is a popup appearing to warn you.

7. Is the plug-in responsive to mobile devices? Does it visually adjust and allow full features / functionality on a mobile device?

8. Will the plug-in work with WordPress page editors, such as Elementor?

Yes, our plugin works with Elementor builder or some others: Divi, Themify,...

9. Does the search functionality index content within files, or just the names of files?

You can search the content in your documents by enable Plain text search option.

10. Are their limitations on the # of sub-folders you can have?

Yes, the maximum level of sub-categories is seven.

11. What types of files can you preview? Any types you cannot preview?

Our plugin is based on Google previewer so you can open almost popular file types presently.
E.g: png, mp4, docx, xlsx, svg, ai,...

12. Can you watch videos as a preview without downloading them?

Sure you can preview video files: avi, flv,...

The issues could come from your server-side, internet bandwidth,...
Surely, it takes time when you upload thousands of files.
