Is there a way for WP File Download to upload files to the same directories that are used by the WP Media library instead of the wpfd directory? For example, I'd like my files to go in "/wp-content/uploads/2021/02" instead of "/wp-content/uploads/wpfd"?

If that's not possible, is there a way to sync the contents of "/wp-content/uploads/2021/02" with what's in "/wp-content/uploads/wpfd"?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

Is there a way for WP File Download to upload files to the same directories that are used by the WP Media library instead of the wpfd directory? For example, I'd like my files to go in "/wp-content/uploads/2021/02" instead of "/wp-content/uploads/wpfd"?

We are working on this feature and it will be released in the near future on version 5.0.

If that's not possible, is there a way to sync the contents of "/wp-content/uploads/2021/02" with what's in "/wp-content/uploads/wpfd"?

Currently, you can import files from FTP, but synchronization is not possible. Please go here for more details:

Hope it helps!
Cheers,
