Cambiar URL de archivo

¿Hay alguna forma de cambiar la url del archivo?
Sólo me deja copiar el contenido pero no puedo editarlo...

The URL of files are unique and can not be changed in WP File Download plugin.
If you want to migrate your data from your old to a new site, you can use Export/Import feature.
