Hi,
I need a table plugin that connects to mysql for data input and displays/allows logged in user specific data entry edit. I believe your table product does these.

However I need the ability to create a "footer calculation" meaning allow me to create a formula at the bottom of a table that will allow additional rows to be entered with the new data being used in the footer calculation. For example, add a "average" calculation to the footer which would continuously be updated as a user entered rows in the table or as the database added additional rows.

Another wish list item, can I expose a single cell on a page or post and allow a logged in user to enter/edit that cell? And that cell should be able to be included in a calculation.

Connect to SQL table feature will be released on next version, but it's not for users to edit.

This is impossible presently.
