Subcontractor installation picture upload

I'm wondering if your Dropfiles product would be able to do some or all of the following.

I have subcontractors across the country performing equipment installations. I would like a simple method for them to submit photos of the completed installation from their Android or iPhone. I have an existing Joomla site hosted on my Synology NAS. I'm looking for an extension that would allow a registered user to specify a project name or number and submit a bunch of pictures and PDF documents. They should be able to submit multiple files at once. They should be able to add files to this project at a later time. The system should create a folder for this project automatically and place all the uploaded documents to this folder. The user would not have any access to the files once they are uploaded. A registered user in our office with sufficient rights should be able to view and download any files uploaded by the contractors. An administrator level user would be able to delete any files and project folders.

Other Ideas
- Registered users could see existing projects list and submit files to these projects but not be able to see contents of the projects.
- The list of projects could get long, so it would be nice to be able to search for a project folder by entering any part of the project name
- Notifications showing the project name & number of files could be emailed to the submitter and internal contact when files are uploaded
