Max Upload Size?

Is the upload max size restricted by our webserver's max upload/ max post limit or is it possible to upload files that are about 300mb big?

Yes, it depends on your server limitation, normally it's about hundred Mb. However, if you want to upload big size files you can use File importer feature in Dropfiles to import from server. For more information:https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/dropfiles-documentation#toc-3-2-file-importer
