Load files from folder on the website server

In my Joomla site, I have a folder, (/images/documents) with several pdfs. Is it possible to load them from that source into dropfiles, to avoid file duplication?

You can use Remote file feature or you can import them to Dropfiles for a better way. Please go here for more details:
