Is dropfile suitable for this?

I have only registered users from different companies. I need the following:
- a folder with files accessible and downloadable common to all registered users;
- a folder for each company with files accessible and downloadable to all users of that company;
- a folder with files accessible and downloadable for any specific user with the possibility to upload files only for that user
Do you think this is feasible and quite simple to mantain (example adding new users and new companies) with Dropfiles?
