Is it possible to disable the "Waiting for aproval" function on documents which are uploaded from the frontend?
People is not see the files they have uploaded on the frontend before an admin has published this file on the backend.

We would like to disable this in order that all files which are uploaded to certain folders are published automatically. Is this possible?

You should set the permission to "Edit" or "Edit own" at least for the role and Upload files on frontend option is allowed also.
Please check the attachment for Manager role example.
