Hi,

I am a web agency and several of my clients have a Dropfiles licence.
So I know the tool a bit already :)

My question is the following : for a new project, for the first time I would have to synchronise folders / subfolders from Dropbox.

But some of these folders/subfolders would only be for some User Groups while others would be for specific Users, so independently of the potential access levels defined in Dropbox itself.
Is this how Dropfiles works ?
With other works : do the Access Levels defined in Joomla/Dropfiles have priority over whatever configuration is made in the synchronised Dropbox?

Txs!

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

The role will be applied the Dropfiles restriction. The sharing role on Dropbox will not be valid on Dropfiles.
You can restrict categories using Joomla User group or Joomla access level.

Please go here for more information:

Hope this helps!
Best Regards,
