I have a client that wants to build a simple pricing table for his car detailing business. He is looking for a pricing table that will allow users to hover over certain services to discover more. Likely just a little information icon that opens up to a few sentences of text.

Is this easily doable with this tool? Is this a default feature?

Yes, you can use the Tooltip option to insert the description for cells including images/icons.
