DropTables and Excel

I'm basically looking for something that will enable to me to copy and paste a table from Excel to Joomla that will:
-Retain the look and feel (fonts, colors, etc)
-Look professional on desktop and tablet
-And allow small images within the table

(See attached)

I'm only going to have one table on one page that will be updated weekly. I don't need anything else.

Is DropTables for me? If so, what pricing option would be suitable?
