Idea for a new functionality : image thumbnail before dropfile

Hi
for many pdf files it would be very pleasant to place a small thumbnail image (for example the pdf cover) just before the dropfiles icon
actually the only choice is to add a picture before the dropfile in the editor but it's not easy to align on the same line.
Maybe with a new column in dropfiles table, just before the column with the file icon ?

Hi,

We have planned to give the possibility to change icon by a custom image in single file view and listing view. Also, we will add the possibility to add description text with WYSIWYG editor (that includes also images).
