Route to a Different Page

it's possible to set the org chart like this: When a user clicks on a box (CEO for example) the user will be routed to a link we assign. Is that possible?

If you use the social network link (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) or email icons will be appeared if you put the URL (you can see the image )
Or you can add the URL in description, it will be listed after clicking the box.

Thank you for reply. We don't need social links on the image, we need the link to route them to a WordPress page.

I'm sorry, it's impossible to link directly to another URL. The link can be inserted in description only.
