Do bulk editor added meta descriptions and image alt text persist if WP Meta SEO is disabled or deleted?

If I add title tags, meta descriptions and image alt text via WP Meta SEO plug-in bulk editor, does that data get saved on my site whether or not I deactivate or delete the WP Meta SEO plugin? I tried adding a meta description with the bulk editor, saw it was there, then disabled the plug-in and the meta description disappeared.

Yes, it could not displayed without our plugin.
