Add ability to edit the URL of a media item

Often times a file gets uploaded and later a URL change would be beneficial especially when a users downloads an item.

Often times a file gets uploaded and later a URL change would be beneficial especially when a users downloads an item.


This feature is not possible in our plugin, but you can change the url with WP Media folders.
