WP Latest Posts not working anymore - 500 Internal Server Error

If I click on "details" I see "Warning: this plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress."
I'm currently using the Wordpress 5.3.2
and "Requires PHP: 5.3 or higher"
I'm using now the 7.0

the plugin is currently not working on my website. I had to deactivate all the plugins then reactivate one by one and once I arrived to WP Latest Posts I had again the "500 Internal Server Error". I'm using it since much time and it never gave me problems, it worked very well and now there's at least a shortcode in every post and page on my website. Could you please help me to solve this trouble?

Sorry, which version are you using now? Could you capture your screen where the warning happens?

I've just read the answer of my hosting provider assistance that says that the plugin is tested until WordPress version 5.3.0 and the website is been updated until version 5.3.2.

Our plugin will be updated next week. We will update the information on that.

I've seen that the plugin was updated to 4.8.0 so I tried to update it and reactivate and I had the problem again. This was in the server error log:
