WP Latest post deactivation

Hi

Wanted to ask, is there some technical issue, because I do not want to join Joom United, and I would rather like to deactivate and delete the WP Latest Post plugin. Unfortunately, since one month, unsuccessfully, It does not finish the job. How to fix it?

Thanks
