Hi. I have a question about Tags versus Categories. I have tried the free version in a multisite install and notice that (by design I guess) where no active posts are assigned to a particular category then that category is not available as a checkbox in the WPLP Block admin.
What I would like to do is have a situation where I can leave a WPLP Block in place so that it picks up active posts with a certain flag (be it a category, tag or other) and when no posts are available display nothing on the front end, but when active posts are available that the WPLP Block be able to pick them up for display on the website without manual resetting in the WPLP Block admin.
Can Tags or some other flag in the Pro Version achieve this?
Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.
Normally, posts will be saved in "Uncategorized" category by default.
In order to have a deeper look at your problem, please drop us a ticket (menu Support > Ticket support). Our developer in charge will take a look at that.

As you know, in free version, you have Category list, Posts from category and Pages.
In add-on version, you can list by Tags and Custom Post Type.
when no posts are available display nothing on the front end, but when active posts are available that the WPLP Block be able to pick them up for display on the website without manual resetting in the WPLP Block admin.

Yes, it will be shown posts contain the tags, categories,... In both version, it will not display on frontend if the condition does not fit.

Hope it helps!
Cheers,
