Read More Link not working

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

I put the WP Latest Post widget on my Home Page and it pulled up the latest post, with an excerpt like I wanted - Yay! However, when I click on Read More it just takes me back to the Home Page again. The link associated with Read More is set to the Website Home Page. I haven't been able to find anywhere to set this, though actually thought it would automatically pick up the link to where it obtained the latest Post from. Any help would be appreciated. https://PeterCruikshank.com/dev/

It could be something wrong on your site. Please drop us a ticket (Menu Support > Support ticket).
Our developer in charge will take a look at that.

Unfortunately, the only Department I can access is Billing and they already sent me a message telling me that I had to go through the forum :-(

One bit of info. The Post Page listed in the WordPress dashboard Settings/Reading/Post page (Blog page) is NOT the one that I'm actually using. Instead, I have a Custom Layout and a different Post Page (Blog New page) using a Post Grid Widget by Essential Addons for Elementor. I thought maybe that was the issue, however, WP Latest Post has no problem finding the latest Post as the Posts themselves are still created the same way through the standard WordPress Posts process. If the WP Latest Post page can find the latest Post, then I thought the Read More shouldn't have any problem finding the latest Post either.

Regardless, I appreciate anything you can do to solve this issue.
