Arrow and bullets not showing

I'm using your plugin on the following website, but it seems it doesn't show arrows and bullets, could you help, please?

You should check the Max number of elements, it must be larger than the display items.
In this case, it is 5 (max) > 3 x 1 (display items). Please check the attachment for more details!
