WP File Download: thumbnails PDF stored on Google Drive

in WP File download how can I show thumbnails from PDF files stored on Google Drive?

I tried to generate previews with the button but it didn't work.

It could be something wrong on your site, preview files from cloud server still works normally on our side.
Please drop us a ticket (Menu Support > Support ticket). Our developer in charge will take a look at that.
