Hi,

I now use WP Download Manager with which I can use templates to make my own layout. But I had to hack a file to be able to use php in the templates.

Is it possible to create your own themes for WP File Download and use php code in it?

Hi,

This is something planned for the next major release with comes in a month (average).
You'll be able to duplicate an existing theme and modify it, then it won't be modified on update, like a child theme.

Note you still may have to check on update if everything is fine because a change on the plugin himself may impact themes (periodically).
