Using File Download in place of WPDM

I realized that my question posted in the wrong forum; didn't notice the dropdown in the category. I want to transfer existing files stored using WPDM to your WP File Download tool. Is there a way to complete the transfer using this plugin or do I require to use another plugin with it? Thanks!
