User theme choices?

Is it possible in WP File Download to let users pick the theme they want or does it have to be an admin pick?

Yes, users can change their own theme by themself.

Hi, I'm sorry maybe it's not clear here. User can only pick theme for a category in the plugin if he have right to access the plugin at back-end.
The front-end user can't change display theme of a category on frontend.
