Hi,

I have now upgraded to the WP File download plugin + Cloud addon from the base plugin option. How do I get these features added into my wordpress admin site?

I have tried uninstalling the plugin (with "delete all files on uninstall" selected), then re-installed. However, I don't see the options for the cloud add-on yet. What else should I do to get access to those?

You will see Google Drive/ Dropbox tab in Configuration. You can follow our instruction here: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-file-download-addon-documentation

If it the tabs don't display, please drop us a ticket (menu Support > Ticket support). The developer in charge will take a look at that.
