is there a demo of the custom file upload form for the front end? The features mention this, a custom upload form that can be hosted on any wordpress page.
Sorry, we do not have a backend demo. A shortcode generated at backend can be used anywhere on your site.

when I click on media elements to download, if I switch categories, my previous selections are lost and not bundled with the download. Any way to make them stick?
It is not possible to select and download multi files through sub-categories currently.
