Hi,
Question 1: Can I download files from the main admin file manager or do i have to add it to a post?
Question 2: Does each user have access to use their own files and not see mine like separate accounts?
Question 3: Can you upload, create directories and move files in the front end download section?
I want to have system where uploading, download and managing files can all be done in the same place, is that possible?

Yes, you can download files at backend.

Question 2: Does each user have access to use their own files and not see mine like separate accounts?

Of course, we have User roles for that. For more information: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-file-download-documentation#toc-file-management

Question 3: Can you upload, create directories and move files in the front end download section?

You can upload files to predefined category by shortcode but it could not move them in front end.

I want to have system where uploading, download and managing files can all be done in the same place, is that possible?

You can do it all at backend.
