I am just setting this up and the Theme Options do not appear in the Main settings. I get 'Visibility', 'Ordering' and 'Shortcodes' etc but not Theme. How do I change the theme please.

You should go to WP File Download > Configuration > Main Setting > Frontend tab, and enable "Theme per categories" option.
