Hello,

I have a requirement for a plugin which will allow me to do the following

1. I will upload pdf files into a folder on the wordpress site via FTP
2. i want to put a shortcode into a secure webpage/post which list all the PDF in the directory to allow users to download
3. The plugin automaticaly (batch every 5-10min or at a specific time set) refresh the list/downloads for the user based on whats in the folder.
- for example, if we add 3 files, when it refreshes the 3 files are available for the user.
- if we delete a file, it is removed from the list.

will this plugin allow something similar to occur?

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

1. I will upload pdf files into a folder on the wordpress site via FTP

You can import files from FTP to folders in our plugin. But the files will not be update if you change from your server.
It would help if you use Cloud to sync data.

Yes, it's possible.

3. The plugin automaticaly (batch every 5-10min or at a specific time set) refresh the list/downloads for the user based on whats in the folder.
- for example, if we add 3 files, when it refreshes the 3 files are available for the user.
- if we delete a file, it is removed from the list.

The category will be update if there is any changes with your files in WP File download.
