Hi - Im aiming on using the shortcode in your plugin to attach it to a variable product so that when a variation swatch is selected the relevant downloadable files are shown per variation.
What we need your plugin to do is to allow us to set different permissions per document - for example all pdfs can be downloaded without logging in. However a DWG file required the use to login (ideally in a popup window). Is this possible? Does this have to happen at the single download file level or can it happen in the category folder level?

Product variation is not supported in our plugin currently. By the way, restriction to download by file types is not possible also.
You can limit users to download by user roles in our WP File download.
