I am trying to create a functionality where people can search their serial number and it will show results for all documents associated with that serial number, and have them sync with a google drive. is there any way to accomplish this with wp file download?

Sorry, this is somethings impossible with our plugin.
You can search the number included in the file title or filter by tags.
