Same folder for multiple sites, Same folder for multiple users

1. Each sub-site within a multi-site network possesses its own category tree, which cannot be shared among them.
2. A single account is permitted to connect to the WP File Download settings at any given time; however, Google Team can be utilized for sharing with multiple users.
3. It’s possible to configure the Visibility settings in the WP File Download plugin to allow only a specific user to view a category.

I need it on a completely separate wordpress installations. The goal is to upload the file to the google drive once and then have it on all the connected sites
Maybe I can specify the target folder using code (action/hook)?

As previously mentioned, utilizing the Google team for your situation would be viable since only a single Google account can be connected to the site simultaneously.
