Publish file timestamp in addition to date uploaded?

Is it possible to publish on the front end the file timestamp in addition to date uploaded.
Or date and TIME uploaded?

However, I do not see a TIMESTAMP on that page, only the DATE.
Also, no way to add timestamp that I can see.

Yes, it can display time also. We have an option to do that.
