Protected Direct link to copy/paste in mail

I need to create links like that :

http://www.example.com/fakedownloaddirectory/kGov4l83jjKoReLbmP4

you know, like dropbox or drive,

created by backend interface that I can copy/paste in an email with no login required

many plugins give an url like http://www.example.com/download/nameofthefile.file but with login protection. I don't want to manage login

Is you plugin able to do that or something near that ?
