Problem with role restriction

hello joomunited team I have a problem, buy a subscription of the WP File Download plugin but in the part of the restrictions I do not work the restriction per user. I select that only a user can see a file but when I search there are other users who can see the same file and I do not want to see another person that is not the one I have chosen.
