I am developing an intranet for a law firm that will be password protected.
I want the clients to be able to login and view documents, but they must only be able to see their own documents when they login.

Clients can only view and download their files. They cannot edit or delete them.
The law firm must be able to:
- upload, edit and delete files
- add/manage clients
- create logins for clients

There are some general files that more than one client can view. Theses are country specific files that only people from that country can see.
I would like to group the users into country categories with only the people from a specific country being able to see the files pertaining to that country.

The user will then be able to view their own files as well as their country specific general files.

Can your plugin do all of the above?

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

In your case, you can set visibility for clients to view and download files on the frontend.
About role for each country, you can create new user roles corresponding to the country and group users from the same country.
And with law firm, you can set them as admin roles, then they can manage users and manage at backend.
