I just bought the plugin WP Media Folder and tried to use it with Cornerstone (which runs inside the new Themeco Pro theme. It does not see the folder structure that Im creating with WP Media Folder. When I try to insert an image from Cornerstone, It only shows root directory of Media folder.

Is there a solution to this? If not, then I cant really use the plugin.
