only admin should upload the files.

We need something like this. Before buying, this we would like to will this plugin cover our requirements.

We need something like as follows,

1) Only admin can upload files in the back-end. Even if it in front-end also fine. but only the website admin should upload the files.
2) Different file type support (eg:- .pdf, .docx, .png, )
3) Other user should see and download the files on front-end.

Please reply ASAP.
