Limit the number of free downloads.

Hello. A site with free and paid (woocommerce) downloads is planned.
From your documentation, I understood that the plugin works with woocommerce and this is not a problem.
I'm interested in free downloads.
The goal is to limit the user to, for example, one free download per day. In order to avoid the option when the user downloads all the files at once.
I see something similar in the description of "download limit". But I didn't quite understand the description.
So: Is it possible to limit a user to a certain number of free downloads per day?
