Limit Download for IP.

I want know about limite to download for IP. My files are to access public, but I don't want user do many downloads for day... I want put limit for IP... Is this possible?

It seems you are asking about WP File download plugin. However, this is something not possible at the moment.
This is so helpful in some cases but we need to discuss more about it for a version to come.
