Hello,

I am looking to use your plugin for a wordpress site i am building. I want to be able to create about 1500 unique users on the site,

- Each user will be able to access their own individual document management area They can upload their own documents (word, excel, PDF & JPG). They can store these in preset generic categories (same categories set for each user, but users cannot access other users documents).

- Will I be able to auto generate each unique page (categories etc) each time a new user is added?

- Can i import and create bulk users imported from a spreadsheet? Will these all generate each users unique document area?

- Would admin users be able use search tools to find documents across all users - only accessible to them?

Is this plugin able to do all the above? - hope so!

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

Yes, you can set role for users to upload, create and delete their own categories and files at backend.
On frontend, you can set users upload files to a pre-defined category only.

It's not possible to generate automatically a page or category for new users.

- Can i import and create bulk users imported from a spreadsheet? Will these all generate each users unique document area?

Sorry. this feature is not included in our plugin.

- Would admin users be able use search tools to find documents across all users - only accessible to them?

Sure, admin can search all file titles using search engine of our plugin both backend and frontend.
On frontend, you can search the content of documents if the option is enabled.

Just to confirm, to create 1500 unique accounts would I need to create 1500 unique categories and allocate each user to each unique category? If so, would 1500 categories become cumbersome in the admin (I am imagining drop down menus with 1500 categories on them!).

I see that the plugins can do email notification for new files. Is there a way to add web push notification to this too?

Yes, it's not simple to assign manually with 1500 accounts. You can write your script to implement.
