Language install button missing

After switching the language of a wp site to de-DE-formal I am missing the "install" button of the de-DE-formal language.
Is there any advice to get this button?

You should see the Install, Update or Reinstall button in the installed languages in the Translate tab. It could be something wrong at your site if you can not see them.
Please drop us a ticket (Menu Support > Support ticket). Our developer in charge will take a look at that.
